Complaints
We hope you do not have a complaint, but realise that there will be times when customers do.
If you have a complaint about the service we have provided, please fill in the form below and we will respond as indicated at the foot of this page.
Our aim is to resolve the matter as swiftly as possible with the minimum of fuss, and where necessary will arrange a return visit by the original assembler or a more senior member of our team to do so.
What happens after I submit this Complaint Form?
After we receive your complaint we will follow our internal procedure to try to resolve the matter, in summary:-
- You will receive an acknowledgement via phone, email or letter.
- We will investigate and consider what action is required to resolve the complaint
- We will respond with our initial decision and confirm if we think any further action is required.
- If we can resolve the matter with the minimum of fuss we will.
- If the complaint requires a return visit from the original assembler (or a more senior person), we will contact you to arrange this.
- We will review the complaint and action we have taken so far, and write to you with the outcome of what we have done or intend to do to resolve the matter.
- If you are unhappy with this outcome, the complaint can be escalated to a Company Director to review whether your complaint has been treated fairly by the Complaints Management Team or not.
- We believe our complaints managment process to be fair and transparent. If you are still unhappy with the outcome, you can contact the Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards.
Finally, your complaint will feed into our Measurement, Analysis and Improvement process which is part of our commitment under ISO-9000 to a continual improvement model.

Very pleased with the job done by the assembler. He arrived on time and clearly knew the product very well. I had already chosen the conformation I wanted with the cupboard on the left but he pointed out that there was also a choice in the conformation of the assembly that fitted on top and consulted me on which way round I wanted it. He was very polite, did the job in good time and left everything tidy.

Each quote, job and follow up is done in the same way so we can be sure we deliver the highest level of service consistently.
Speedy reply from the team to provide a quote and then confirm a date & time to come and put up the furniture. Brandon swiftly and cheerfully took down my current bedframe and put up my new bedframe. Would definitely use Flat Pack Amigos again!

- Use our online automated booking process, or.
- We will then ask you to give us 3 dates when you want us to come.
- We will confirm the appointment we can do within 1 hr (during normal opening hours).
- We do your Job
- We will arrive within your appointment start time (1 hour window ie 2-3pm).
- We will assemble your furniture.
- After the Job
- Our Assembler will close the job down.
- We send you payment details (*) and a link to close the job, provide feedback etc.
- We send you a receipt and our guarantee.
Feedback
Customer Satisfaction
We send our customer satisfaction survey to everyone who contacts us with an enquiry as part of our commitment to continual improvement (a requirement of BS 5750 / ISO 9000).
If you didn't use us we use the feedback given internally to understand our market, and where necessary modify our business model.
We publish a summary of the results of everyone who uses us, so potential customers can see the great service we offer
